Brick-and-Mortar Services Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

Our brick-and-mortar services are exclusively available to authorized resellers with valid business licenses or equivalent credentials.

You must operate a physical retail location to qualify for these services.

2. Service Scope

GLOBAL DIAZ LLC provides tailored solutions designed to enhance in-store operations, improve customer engagement, and drive sales.

Services include, but are not limited to, inventory management support, merchandising strategies, and staff training.

Specific service offerings will be outlined in a service agreement provided before onboarding.

3. Pricing and Payment

Pricing for our services will be outlined in a formal proposal or service agreement.

Payments are due as per the agreed terms in the service agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges or suspension of services.

All pricing is exclusive of taxes, unless specified otherwise.

4. Customization

Our services are tailored to your store's unique needs based on an initial consultation and assessment.

Any additional customization requests beyond the agreed scope of work may incur extra fees and require approval through a service addendum.

5. Confidentiality

All proprietary strategies, templates, and tools provided as part of our services remain the intellectual property of GLOBAL DIAZ LLC.

You agree to maintain confidentiality of any materials, strategies, or data shared during our engagement.

6. Collaboration and Communication

You are responsible for providing accurate information and timely responses to facilitate the execution of services.

Delays caused by failure to communicate or provide necessary resources may impact project timelines and result in additional charges.

7. Liability

While our services are designed to improve operational efficiency and customer engagement, GLOBAL DIAZ LLC does not guarantee specific financial outcomes.

GLOBAL DIAZ LLC will not be held liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with a 180-day written notice.

Termination by you before the agreed service period ends may result in cancellation fees as outlined in the service agreement.

Any unpaid balances must be settled upon termination.

9. Amendments and Updates

GLOBAL DIAZ LLC reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Updates will be communicated via email or posted on our website.

Continued use of our services signifies acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and Florida, and any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of United States and Florida.

11. Use of Branding

You may only use BASGAX’s branding, promotional materials, or tools with prior written consent.

Misrepresentation of our brand is strictly prohibited.

12. Feedback and Reviews

Feedback about our services is encouraged and may be used for internal improvement or promotional purposes with your prior consent.
